  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
  • During peak seasons (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer
  • Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 9 business days, depending on your location

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier's website
  • If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@serilea.com

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices
  • Serilea has no control over customs processes and cannot predict associated costs

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us at support@serilea.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  2. Include your order number and photos of any damage
  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable:

  • The carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection
  • If the package is returned to us, you may be charged for re-shipping
  • Unclaimed packages are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs
