Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- ✅ Unworn and unwashed
- ✅ In its original condition with all tags attached
- ✅ In its original packaging
- ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are non-returnable:
- ❌ Final sale or discounted items
- ❌ Intimate apparel and swimwear
- ❌ Custom or personalized orders
- ❌ Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@serilea.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
- Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@serilea.com with:

- A clear photo of the issue
