Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • ✅ Unworn and unwashed
  • ✅ In its original condition with all tags attached
  • ✅ In its original packaging
  • ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are non-returnable:

  • ❌ Final sale or discounted items
  • ❌ Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • ❌ Custom or personalized orders
  • ❌ Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@serilea.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@serilea.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
